Wearing contacts during the procedure is a personal choice. If you are not comfortable keeping your eyes closed with contacts for extended periods, it is advisable to remove them.
Aftercare Tips

Use oil free make-up remover

Dab eyelashes dry (do not rub), in addition, you can blow-dry on cool/low setting then brush back into shape.

Apply eyeshadow primer for oily eyelids

Shampoo lashes 2-4 times a week (with lash shampoo)

Steam and excessive sweating can weaken adhesive.

Ocean water may cause lashes to stick together. Be sure to gently cleanse your lashes afterwards with lash shampoo.

Chlorine may react with the extension adhesive and make it very dry and brittle. It may lead to your lashes flaking off. It is recommended to use goggles if you can. If not, cleanse your lashes as soon as you are done from the pool to remove the chlorine and lengthen the life of your lashes.
